This is your handy “how-to” guide on achieving boiled egg perfection in your Instant Vortex Air Fryer. From dippy egg and soldiers' style to hardboiled eggs we have you covered. This series was tested using Respectful medium eggs, and SO organic large eggs. Eggs can vary slightly in size so be sure to adjust your cook times for extra-large and mixed boxes.
Serves: serving sizes will vary depending on quantity of eggs
Ingredients:

Place the eggs inside the air fryer basket, leaving a few centimetres between them to allow the air to circulate.
Select Air Fry and set the temperature to 132C as per the timings below.
Medium Eggs:
8 minutes - Gently set white, and fully liquid yolk - The dippy soldiers egg.

When the cooking program has finished, remove the eggs from the basket with tongs, and plunge into ice water for 2 minutes to stop them cooking.
Serve your eggs as desired.
Chefs Tip: If you are peeling the eggs I find lightly cracking the shell with the back of a teaspoon before placing the eggs into the ice water bath makes them easier to peel.
