"When we moved into our new home, the first appliance we bought was the Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer. I remember saying this appliance can basically do everything. Who would have thought? No oil needed, crispy and delicious fish & chips made in my Duo Crisp."

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 x 150g white fish fillets, halved
600g potatoes
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
25g flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
45g salt and vinegar chips, crushed
100g rainbow slaw
50g cherry tomatoes, halved
50g cucumber, quartered
15ml reduced oil dressing
1 lemon, quartered
1 egg
Method:
Slice your potatoes into 1cm x 1cm slices and place them in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. While your potatoes are soaking preheat your Duo Crisp air fryer to 190 degrees. Drain your potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel, add your salt and pepper and your olive oil and mix well until fully combined. Place them in your air fryer for 15 minutes.
While your potatoes are cooking grab 3 bowls. In one bowl add your flour, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well. In your second bowl add your egg and mix well. In your 3rd bowl add your salt and vinegar chips. Dip your fish fillets into your flour until well coated then into your egg mixture and lastly add your crushed salt and vinegar chips.
After your chips have been cooking for 15 minutes add in your fish on the top tray of your air fryer and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and air fry for 15 minutes
While your fish and chips are cooking make your salad by combining your rainbow slaw, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
To serve add your fish fillets to a plate with your chips, salad and lemon wedges.
