Harissa Chicken

Harissa C

Ingredients:
1 chicken washed,cut and skin removed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger/garlic paste
1 teaspoon masala(what you prefer)
3 tablespoons harissa paste
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies


Method:

Mix the chicken in the above and allow to sit in the fridge for a few hours.


Once chicken is done marinating in the fridge,allow to sit out until room temperature. Cook on 180 degrees celcius on roast for 17 minutes in the airfryer turning halfway.


When that is done brush chicken with sauce. Place airfryer on grill for 2 minutes.


The sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
1teaspoon crushed garlic
4 tablespoons harissa paste
1 chopped red chilli
Handful dhania chopped
125 ml cream
Salt and pepper to taste.


In a small saucepan on medium high heat add your butter once melted add in all your other ingredients. Allow to bubble up. Leave aside until your chicken is ready to be brushed.


Plate chicken,throw your sauce over,garnish with fresh dhania,sliced chillies and lemon.
