Frittata

Fritatta

This recipe is a toss in whatever you like kind of meal, so you can raid your fridge for ingredients.

• 6 Eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup of diced french polony
• Handful of spinach
• Tomatos
• Fresh herbs
• A handful of grated cheese
• 1/2 tsp Aromat
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic


Add 1.5 cups of water to your Instant Pot inner and then place in your trivet.

 

Grease your baking pan (Rizwaana uses spray and cook). Fit your baking pan into your instant pot, make sure it's easy to take out once the Frittata is cooked.


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into your baking pan. Cover with foil. Cook on High Pressure for 10mins with the sealing handle closed.


Allow a Natural Pressure Release for a further 10 mins. (Natural pressure release would mean leave the IP on until it says LO10).


Release the remaining pressure and remove the Frittata carefully.

 

Crisp up your Frittata in the Vortex or Duo Crisp. Top with sour cream (optional).
