"I love how they puff up so easily in an Air Fryer and are more hands-off".

2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup water
¾ cup full fat or low fat plain or Greek yoghurt

Place each piece of rolled dough into the preheated Air Fryer basket and cook until puffed up and starting to take on colour. This will take about 3 – 4 minutes.
Once they have puffed up, remove with tongs, and add the next one.
Keep the flatbread, pitas warm by placing them in a thick tea towel.
Notes:
Serve with tzatziki, red onion and tomato salad, other leaves and grilled chicken or meat. Or any other filling you like.
