Beef Roast

Do you want to make a perfect roast, in less the time? Cook like a Pro using the Instant Pot PRO .


Ingredients:
Ribeye Beef
Juice of 1 lemon
Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon gravy powder
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoon crushed green chillies
1 heap teaspoon steak & chops spice
1 heap teaspoon BBQ spice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 tablespoon flour
Salt to taste
 
Method:
Add garlic cloves into the beef (1.5kg ribeye beef used). In a bowl add the Worcestershire sauce, chilli flakes, crushed green chillies, steak & chops spice, BBQ spice, black pepper, mustard powder, flour, salt to taste, and  mix well. Marinade the beef in the spices. 
Add the beef into the Instant Pot  with 1 cup water and pressure cook for 40 minutes. Once done allow a natural release. Remove the beef leaving the juices in the pot.  Add the left over marinade into the juice, 1 tablespoon gravy powder or plain flour can be used and sauté for 5 minutes. Strain the sautéed juice - this will leave you with a smoother jus.
Add the beef into a serving bowl throwing some of the jus over the beef and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.


Slice and serve with balance of the jus, roasted potatoes, broccoli, carrots & peas.
