Has your baby tried lamb? Prepared with butternut; apricots and green beans, little ones will enjoy this recipe served as a hearty stew or coarsely mashed puree.

Ingredients:
1 and 1/4 cups of lean lamb
1/2 cup chicken stock
4 apricot halves
1 small butternut
Handful of green beans
1 teaspoon flour
Directions:
Turn the Instant Pot on to “Saute” press adjust to “More”. Brown the lamb in the Instant Pot with a little oil, then add the chicken stock, apricots and a pinch of pepper. Press “Cancel”.
Peel and chop the butternut and green beans and add to the lamb then stir well.
Close the lid, turn on the Instant Pot to “Stew” and the timer will automatically start at 35minutes
When the timer ends allow the Instant Pot to cool down naturally until the lid unlocks. Press “Cancel” then “Saute” and open the lid.
Mix the flour with 1 tablespoon of water and add to the stew and stir until thickened.
Puree or mash to desired consistency.
