Lentils are an excellent starter proteins or alternative to meats, supplying your child with a wide range of vitamins and micronutrients: B vitamins; protein; calcium; carbohydrates; phosphorus;
iron and fibre.

Ingredients:
1/2 small cauliflower head
1 baby marrow
1/2 cup tinned lentils
Directions:
Place the trivet on the bottom of the Instant Pot inner pot and add 1 cup of water.
Place the cauliflower and marrow on top of the trivet.
Turn on the Instant Pot to “Steam” and select 4 minutes.
When the timer ends, quick release by turning the steam release to the venting position allowing the steam to escape, the valve will then drop and the lid will unlock.
Carefully remove the trivet from the Instant Pot and allow the vegetables to cool. Add the vegetables to a blender and coarsely puree.
Stir through the lentils.
