This bland tasting vegetable mix is densely nutritious and the natural fat content of the avocado pear creates a creamy texture that your baby will love.

Ingredients:
1 potato
1/2 cup beans or peas
1 baby marrow
1/2 avocado
Directions:
Peel and chop the potato into chunks.
Place the trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot inner pot and add 1 cup of water.
Add the chopped potato and 1/3 cup water to an ovenproof bowl and place on top of the trivet.
Turn on the Instant Pot to “Steam” and select 10 minutes.
When the timer ends, quick release by turning the steam release to the venting position allowing the steam to escape, the valve will then drop and the lid will unlock.
Add the remaining vegetables to the potatoes and close the lid.
Turn on the Instant Pot to “Steam” and select 2 minutes.
When the timer ends, quick release by turning the steam release to the venting position allowing the steam to escape, the valve will then drop and the lid will unlock.
Drain the water from the vegetable and set it aside.
Add the vegetables to a blender and coarsely puree, using saved water if needed.
Remove the skin and seed from the avocado and mash.
Stir the mashed avocado in with the puree vegetables.
